Every suit ships with a repair kit and step-by-step video tutorials for dressing, programming and easy fixes — so you can handle the small things yourself, fast.
Delivery. Our workshop is in Bucharest, and delivery inside Bucharest is free. For orders elsewhere in Romania and abroad, shipping is quoted separately depending on the destination.

Before you order
Is it really made to measure?
Yes. The robot is built from zero on your measurements — height, arm span, stilt length — and to your specs, down to the finish and what the chest screen displays. We send you a measurement sheet before production starts.
What can the chest screen show?
It's a programmable LED matrix, so it plays whatever you load: animations, text, a logo, or messages to the crowd. Tell us what you want on it and we set it up before delivery.
Does it come with batteries?
Yes. The suit runs on 8× 18650 cells, and both the batteries and the charger are included in the price. You can add spare cells or a second charger if you run back-to-back shows.
How long does it take to build?
4 to 6 weeks from a confirmed order. The clock starts once we receive the deposit and all your measurements and specs.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery inside Bucharest is free. For the rest of Romania and for international orders, we quote shipping separately based on the destination.
What if something breaks?
You get a 6-month warranty on electronics and textile defects, a repair kit with spare LEDs and connectors, video tutorials for easy fixes, and free phone support for 180 days. Most small issues you can handle on the spot.
