If you use the site, what follows applies.
This site is not a shop
You can't order or pay for anything here, and nothing on these pages is an offer you can accept with a click. Our builds are made by hand, so what you get, when and for how much is set in a written quote and, where we sign one, in the contract. An inquiry through the form commits neither of us: it is the start of a conversation.
The conditions of each project (what gets delivered, by when, what happens if something changes) live in that quote and contract, not here. The contract wins over this page every time.
What is on the site
We do our best to keep photos, videos and descriptions accurate. Still:
- Photos show real builds. Colours, sizes, materials and details of what we make for you are confirmed in the quote and can differ from the pictures.
- Availability and lead times are confirmed only in the quote.
- The range changes. Products are added, improved or retired.
What is ours
The photos, videos, texts, designs and names on the site are our work, or we use them with the right to do so. Please don't reuse them for something else without asking, least of all for another company's products. If you are a client or partner and want to use a picture of your project, the answer is almost certainly yes: write to us.
The names Elevarts and Atelier Elevarts and their logos belong to us.
What we answer for
We keep the site running but can't promise it will never go down. If you couldn't reach us through the form, call or email us.
The site links to other sites of ours (elevarts.com) and to social networks. We are not responsible for what other parties publish.
Nothing on this page limits our responsibility for what we actually deliver: that is in the contract, and the law's own protections stay as they are.
Law and disputes
Romanian law applies. If something goes wrong, the first step is to write to [email protected]. If that doesn't settle it, the courts of Bucharest are competent; if you are a consumer, so are the courts where you live.
As a consumer you can turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), including through Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) at anpc.ro/sal, a free procedure outside court.
Changes
We may change this page. The date at the top says when we last did. What we have already agreed in a contract does not change because of this page.
