Q: How long does it take?

Typically 3–4 weeks from confirmation and deposit. When the workshop is full it can stretch to 6–8 weeks, so the earlier you write, the better.

Q: I only have an idea, not a drawing. Is that enough?

Yes. We make 1–3 rendered proposals that respect human anatomy, so we know what can actually be worn. It's billed separately, because the design takes time and work.

Q: Can I see the mascot during production?

We don't usually send photos from production. The shape and colours are settled before we start, on the drawings or on the mock-up.

Q: Can it be worn for hours?

Every mascot has a fan in the head. If it will be worn for hours at a stretch, tell us in the brief and we'll design for it.

How we work

From drawing to mascot in five steps

The brief

You send the artwork, the mascot's job and who will wear it.Use the form below or write to us.

The mock-upoptional

If the drawing isn't ready to be worn, we make 1–3 rendered proposals, as close to the final look as we can.It's billed separately and it's your call.

The quote

You get the cost, the materials, the lead time and everything that's included.We start once you confirm and pay a 50% deposit.

Production

3D sculpting, cutting, gluing, stitching.Each step takes a few days, and glue needs time to set.

Delivery

The remaining 50% is paid on delivery.The mascot comes with a transport bag and a fan in the head.

It has to be wearable

The mascot has to respect human anatomy, especially around the arms and legs.If the drawing asks for something else, we suggest small design compromises.

Colours can differ slightly

We work with the materials and colours available.We stay as close to the artwork as we can, but we can't promise identical colours: they may differ by a few shades.

Time matters

Typically 3–4 weeks from confirmation and deposit.When the workshop is full it can stretch to 6–8.We can't take new mascots with less than 3 weeks to go.
